Goody's
Family Clothing has 330 retail apparel stores throughout
the southeastern US. They had a website, but they
never saw any return on their investment until we built them a closed
loop ecoupon program. We increased the size of their email marketing
list by 300% in four months and developed a system to a serve unique
barcoded coupon to every email receipient. Each transaction was
tracked to learn about customer preferences and optimize future
coupon offers. The program paid for itself in six months, and is poised
to show a healthy profit in the years to come.

Harding
Realty Corp provides consulting services to municipal
organizations and local real estate developers as well as providing traditional
brokerage services. This winter we began an online marketing program focused on the summer rental business, largely because it's a great way to generate prospects. By March, they had rented most of their summer inventory - much faster than ever before - and they were receiving as many inquiries as they could handle. Recently we launched a new site that provides users with access to all listed properties. User registrations for this service provide HRC with another stream of prospective customers. Our next task is an email program to maintain regular communication with this valuable group.

Encompass
Services Corporation was a Fortune 500 company without
a comprehensive articulation of their business model. We built a
website that described to customers, prospects, investors and employees,
the power of the new corporate footprint, and began a lead generation program. We won an Addy Award for
Best Business to Business Website, 2001.

harriedmom
is a busy lady. She writes columns, answers advice letters, and
oh, she's a harriedmom. She needed a site that allowed her to post
her writings for readers, editors and other interested parties.
And she needed to show a little style. Our next step is a subscription
newsletter. Useful advice and a few laughs for moms, and a money
maker for harriedmom.
